About Kalios

Who runs this

Kalios is written and maintained by G — a dad who lifts, reads the studies, and writes down what they actually say. Not a doctor, not a clinic, not a company, not a brand. Nothing here rests on who I am: every claim links to its source, every page shows the date it was last checked, and the site sells nothing. That’s on purpose. In a market of influencers with discount codes, the most useful thing I can be is someone with nothing to gain.

Three rules

1. No vendors.

   Kalios never links to a seller, never accepts free product, never takes vendor money.

2. No affiliates.

   No commission from any pharmacy, compounder, clinic, or brand.

3. Nothing to sell.

   No paid tier, no ebooks, no coaching, no supplements. Free because there’s nothing to upsell.

How to read a page

Every compound carries four honest signals.

• Use tag — what people take it for. The hype, stated plainly.
• Evidence meter — how much published human data exists on the compound itself, for that use. No data · Animal only · Human pilots · Human trials · Approved drug. Animal studies, unpublished results, and data on a parent compound don’t move it.
• Legal stamp — where it stands in the US today. FDA APPROVED: approved for a labeled use. COMPOUNDING PHARMACY: a licensed compounding pharmacy can currently prepare it with a prescription. NOT LEGAL YET: the FDA’s advisory committee has recommended it or scheduled it; recommended is not legal, and nothing changes until rulemaking is finished. RESEARCH ONLY: not on any FDA list that allows compounding; sold as a research chemical.
• Red flag — only when a specific harm has been observed, not a theory.

A yellow band on a page means the status is pending a real event. The alert button sends one email if it changes.

What Kalios is not

Medical advice. A store. A guide to which vendor to trust. A place that tells you what to take. Whether a compound is right for you is a question for a clinician who knows you.
